Mountainview offers its students a comprehensive range of subjects which will equip them for life beyond secondary school. Students are able to select their subjects from the handbook, Future View, which is issued to each student from Year 10 to Year 13.
An extensive counselling programme works with each individual and their family to set goals which lead to further study or career options beyond school.
Junior Graduation
In Years 9 and 10 students are part of the Learning Points programme which places emphasis on the essential skills. By gaining the appropriate number of points students work to be awarded with a Certificate of Learning. Learning Points reports are issued each term to keep families fully informed of their child's progress.
